b) Identify the key factors that influenced your approach

11.15 - 12.15 Group work: use the CEL Framework approach to analyse the context for your work (this might be a specific case study, the country, a sector within the country or an organisation) to:
a) Identify the critical factors influencing the ability of CSOs to influence policy in that context
b) Assess the usefulness of the framework

Group Work: in the same groups, participants use force-field analysis to start to develop a strategy to improve the capacity of CSOs to influence policy in the context they analysed before lunch.

15.15 - 15.45 Tea (During Tea, participants should write up to 3 suggestions for how ODI could help CSOs to influence policy on cards and stick them up on the wall)
