a) Explain the approach you used to influence policy
b) Identify the key factors that influenced your approach

12.00 - 12.30 Policy tools and how to use the CEL Framework and examples: The PRSP story
12.30 - 13.30 Group work: use the CEL Framework approach to analyse the context for your work (choose the same case study you worked on) to: a) Identify the critical factors influencing the ability of CSOs to influence policy in that context; b) Assess the usefulness of the CEL framework
