E-discussions: Feedback Questionnaire

Between 2nd June and 5th July 2003 the forum hosted an e-conference comprising six themed e-discussions on different aspects of issues arising from the 2001/03 food and humanitarian crisis in Southern Africa.

If you registered for one or more of the discussions, please can you take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire below. Most answers require nothing more than clicking a button.

Whilst for technical reasons the system needs to register the email address from which responses are sent, all feedback will be treated anonymously and will not be disclosed to the Forum organisers or any of the consortium members.
