  • Chloe joined ODI as RAPID Project Administrator in March 2008. She provides administrative, budgeting, secretarial and editorial support to the RAPID team. She is also the coordinator for the COPLA project on Trade and Poverty in Latin America which explores the linkages between trade, poverty and social exclusion in Latin America.
