Chloe joined ODI as RAPID Project Administrator in March 2008. She provides administrative, budgeting, secretarial and editorial support to the RAPID team. She is also the coordinator for the COPLA project on Trade and Poverty in Latin America which explores the linkages between trade, poverty and social exclusion in Latin America.

Ajoy's expertise lie in knowledge interaction processes (including research communications, knowledge brokering, policy influence work and public engagement processes), key intermediaries (such as think tanks, networks and legislators), policy processes and knowledge use (including understanding policymaker incentives and providing advice for them to make better use of knowledge) and sustainably developing capacities of human systems.

Simon joined RAPID in 2007 as a Research Officer with responsibility for the coordination, facilitation, and development of the Outcome Mapping Learning Community – a global group of advocates, trainers, specialists and users of Outcome Mapping. He carries out research, capacity building and advisory work on policy influencing strategies, monitoring and learning, communities of practice, networks and the use of social media and online communications.

As the GTF Programme Officer, Sarah facilitates the flow of information across the various ODI teams and the key southern partners, including CIVICUS, IPS, and the National Coordination Organisations in seven African countries.

Fletcher Tembo is a Research Fellow within RAPID. He manages the Mwanainchi Governance and Transparency Programme, working with partners in eight African countries to strengthen citizen engagement in policy processes. He also coordinates relations with DAI; ODI inputs into Kenya Drivers of Accountability; and Evidence Based Policy in Development Network- Africa region
