RAPID believes strongly in establishing effective global partnerships. As well as researching the value of networks and partnerships for effective policy engagement, over the past decade, RAPID has collaborated with partners around the globe to build expertise and develop practical skills and competencies within a variety of different contexts.

RAPID supports two online communities of practice:

  • The Evidence-based Policy In Development Network (ebpdn) has grown into a worldwide community of practice for think tanks, policy research institutes and similar organisations working in international development, to promote evidence-based, pro-poor development policies. Today EBPDN has over 1300 individual members.
  • The Outcome Mapping Learning Community is another example of an online collaborative platform which bring together outcome mapping users worldwide, and organises regular events such as workshops, labs and webinars.
