This project aims to strengthen social accountability by providing core funding and grants to non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and civil society organisations (CSOs) to explore and implement innovative interventions and approaches to promote accountability in Tanzania. The tools of RAPID Outcome Mapping Approach have been suggested to support the NGOs and CSOs receiving grants to be specific about the actors it targets, the changes it expects to see and the strategies it employs.
