  • Pilar Domingo has a D.Phil in Politics, and has published in the areas of: accountability, rule of law, and justice sector reform; rights-based citizenship and legal empowerment for vulnerable groups through rights claims; transitional justice issues, and democratization, institution-building and state reform. Her region of expertise is Latin America.

  • Sonia has a background in international business and international development. Her current post focuses on the programme management of the Africa, Power and Politics Programme headed by the Overseas Development Institute in London.

Jonathan Tanner

Jonathan Tanner Media & Public Affairs Officer/IEDG Communications Officer

  • Jonathan has worked on a number of successful media and Parliamentary campaigns. Whilst working for Sharon Hodgson MP he helped promote the idea of universal free school meals through the British media, leading to the rollout of nationwide pilots. He also played a pivotal role in the passing of the Special Educational Needs (Information) Act in 2008 and has an in-depth understanding of the UK legislative process.
