Romilly Greenhill is a Research Fellow in ODI's Centre for Aid and Public Expenditure, specialising in aid, debt and development finance. Romilly has eleven years experience working on these issues for DFID, ActionAid, Jubilee Research and the Ugandan Government.

Maia King joined ODI in November 2010, after completing an ODI Fellowship in the Ministry of Finance, Liberia and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Madagascar. Maia is an economist with expertise in macroeconomic and fiscal policy and analysis, public financial management reform, private sector development and tax policy. Prior to her ODI Fellowship, Maia worked as an economist and policy advisor at the UK Treasury.

Claire joined ODI as Head of BSI - Strategic Operations and Development in December 2011. Between 2009 and 2011 she worked for Tony Blair's Africa Governance Initiative, providing advice to the Presidents of Liberia and Rwanda. Claire previously worked as a Senior Policy Advisor in Prime Minister Gordon Brown's Strategy Unit, and for the British Foreign Office, UNICEF and Deloitte Consulting.

Simon Maxwell was Director of the Overseas Development Institute from 1997-2009. He is an economist who began his career working overseas, first in Kenya and India for the UN Development Program, and then in Bolivia for the UK Overseas Development Administration. Annalisa Prizzon is a Research Officer within CAPE working particularly on development finance issues. She has been an economist at the OECD Development Centre, working on the ‘Perspectives on Global Development’ reports. She was previously a consultant with the World Bank. She holds a PhD in Economics and Public Finance with a focus on external debt sustainability in low-income countries.

Andrew Rogerson is an ODI Senior Research Associate who was formerly a Senior RF in CAPE (2003-06). He has also worked as a Special Counsellor (Aid Architecture/Financing) at OECD, Head of the Human Development Group at DFID, and a Regional Director at World Bank (as part of a 25+ year career at the Bank).

Tim Williamson is an economist who has experience of working in the Ministry of Finance, Planning & Economic Development in Uganda. Tim has been one of the key drivers of the Centre for Aid and Public Expenditure, and is now based back in Uganda. His key areas of specialist knowledge include pro-poor public expenditure management and fiscal decentralisation.
