    ODI is contributing to a major study by OECD DAC's Network on Governance (GOVNET) which examines how donors might improve their support to domestic accountability. ODI's role includes contributions to the research methodology for the study as a whole, and research contributions to a case study in Uganda, particularly drawing on research into the health sector.

  5. Delivering Effective Political Party Assistance: Challenges for Policy Makers and Practitioners

    Event - Conference - 15 - 18 March 2010

    The purpose of this conference is to bring together international actors, party foundations and implementing partners working in the field of political party assistance as a common “community of practice” to discuss some of the challenges and opportunities facing this community and agree on steps to be taken to improve the effectiveness of our support to political parties, bringing together political and developmental approaches and improving effectiveness of our interventions and the impact upon beneficiaries- political parties and party systems.
