Ajoy's expertise lie in understanding policy processes and knowledge use; knowledge interaction processes (including research communications, knowledge brokering, policy influence work and public engagement processes), key intermediaries (such as think tanks, networks and legislators), and sustainably developing capacities of human systems to produce, consider and use knowledge for policymaking.
Arnaldo is an economist with a specialization decentralization and local governance reforms, community participation in local governance and service provision, in particular education, and evidence-based policy influencing processes

Chloe joined ODI as RAPID Project Administrator in March 2008. She provides administrative, budgeting, secretarial and editorial support to the RAPID team. She is also the coordinator for the COPLA project on Trade and Poverty in Latin America which explores the linkages between trade, poverty and social exclusion in Latin America.
Fletcher Tembo is a Research Fellow within RAPID. He manages the Mwanainchi Governance and Transparency Programme, working with partners in eight African countries to strengthen citizen engagement in policy processes. He also coordinates relations with DAI; ODI inputs into Kenya Drivers of Accountability; and Evidence Based Policy in Development Network- Africa region
Harry joined the ODI in 2006. He is a research fellow in RAPID, looking at the role of knowledge in policy processes in developing countries
