WPP aims to improve poverty reduction and social development through better water sector policy, programmes and projects.

Our work contributes to many ODI key themes, in particular water and sanitation , but also the environment and climate change, health, economic growth, governance and aid.

Research interests

WPP's research and consulting work encompasses a range of issues surrounding pro-poor service delivery, governance and conflict and environmental management.

With the expansion of our programme we have established three broad research ‘clusters' and are currently developing cross-cutting work on rights, shared waters, working in difficult environments and urban issues.
