Throughout 2010-11 HPG has further expanded and consolidated its work on humanitarian policy and practice while also generating ground-breaking new projects. This Annual Report records the Group’s progress in producing high-impact research focusing on issues which repeatedly arise when crises strike: the application of humanitarian principles, livelihoods and food security, civilian protection and displacement, migration and urbanisation.
