Analysis of results oriented management and its implications for PRS processes.

The research gave rise to three main outputs:
- Review of OECD Experience in the implementation of a Results Oriented Approach to Public Sector Management and their relevance to LDCs
- Selected Case Studies of developing countries where there has been successful implementation of the results-oriented approaches which could usefully demonstrate good practice and identify issues that may be addressed in other countries
- Synthesis of theory, practices and implications for the PRS process.
