Our work on justice and security explores the politics and practice of justice and security reform and programming in transitional settings

Fair and reliable justice and security services are the foundation for more peaceful, legitimate and resilient relations between citizens and the state. PoGo’s research and advisory services focus on the politics and practice of justice and security programming in transitional settings, with an emphasis on rule of law construction, violence against women, legal empowerment and community policing.
