Claire Melamed is the Head of the Growth, Poverty and Inequality Programme at ODI.

Louise is the Programme Officer for the Growth, Poverty and Inequality programme.
In addition to administrating the programme, Louise provides project management support and leads on donor budget management and reporting. Louise is also responsible for the programmes communications activities including the post2015.org website.
Louise holds a BA in Business Management from Staffordshire University and joined ODI from the private sector.
Pedro is a development economist with expertise in inclusive growth, employment, development finance, and the MDGs. He has extensive experience in applied economic research and policy analysis. His current interests include pro-employment policies, inclusive growth, aid effectiveness, and the post-2015 agenda.
Emma Samman has experience in survey design and micro-level study of poverty and inequality. Current research interests include multidimensional poverty and inequality analysis and the use of subjective data to inform development policy.
Kate is a micro-economist with a particular interest in poverty and chronic poverty, rural livelihoods, coping strategies and diversification.
