Gina Bergh is a researcher at the Overseas Development Institute specialising in the post-2015 sustainable development agenda and topical issues within this, including inequality, governance and accountability, education and engaging multiple actors.

Louise is the Programme Officer for the Growth, Poverty and Inequality programme.
In addition to administrating the programme, Louise provides project management support and leads on donor budget management and reporting. Louise is also responsible for the programmes communications activities including the post2015.org website.
Louise holds a BA in Business Management from Staffordshire University and joined ODI from the private sector.

Stephanie is a development economist with over 10 years of experience in rural development policies and pro-poor growth in Africa and South-East Asia. She has an extensive experience of modelling and policy analysis using simulation tools and quantitative analysis methods. Her current research focuses on pro-poor growth, food security, social protection, risk and vulnerability and natural resource booms.

Paula has extensive experience in economic development research and policy analysis. Current areas of interest include inclusive growth, the role of the private sector in development, and the post-2015 MDGs debate.

Pedro is a development economist with expertise in inclusive growth, employment, development finance, and the MDGs. He has extensive experience in applied economic research and policy analysis. His current interests include pro-employment policies, inclusive growth, aid effectiveness, and the post-2015 agenda.
Laura Kiku Rodriguez-Takeuchi
Laura Kiku Rodriguez-Takeuchi
Laura is a development economist. Prior to joining ODI in March 2012, Laura worked in Colombia doing research on housing and resettlements policies, armed conflict and social policies. She has also conducted research on food price impacts on households using survey data. Her current research interests include the measurement of progress and multidimensional well-being. She holds and Msc. in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester.

Emma Samman has experience in survey design and micro-level study of poverty and inequality. Current research interests include multidimensional poverty and inequality analysis and the use of subjective data to inform development policy.
