ODI aims to close the gap between two themes –
poverty and economic growth – that have followed separate
paths. The Growth and Equity Programme is integral to this, taking the
stance that poverty analysis is critical for effective policies to enable inclusive growth. The poor are not all the same, and our research
reveals diverse groups that can contribute to growth, as well as
benefit from it.
The Growth and Equity Programme is an interdisciplinary team, combining skills and backgrounds and using a set of complementary methods to offer high-quality research and policy advisory services.
