Natasha Grist specialises in climate change, agriculture, adaptation and international development. From Oct 2012 she is a Research Fellow in the Agricultural Development and Policy Programme, setting up ODI's work on Climate Smart Agriculture. Natasha has worked with UNDP, multilaterals and NGOs. Natasha is currently Head of Agriculture and Coastal Clusters in the Climate and Development Knowledge Network

Giles has a background in agricultural development and environment. Giles is working within the Agriculture Development and Policy Programme on land governance issues in the context of land acquisitions and links between emerging economies and Africa. Prior to joining ODI, Giles spent the last 7 years in China on agriculture and forestry issues in Asia and Africa.
