Rob is the PA to Sara Pantuliano. He has an a MA in Global Politics and Law from the University of Sheffield, and read Japanese at the University of Edinburgh. He has particular interest in ethnic conflict and reconciliation.
He comes to the ODI following a spell as a researcher for a former Cabinet Minister in the House of Commons. He also spent some time in Brazil working on rainforest conservation.
