Selection panel held
at ODI's offices and firm and conditional offers of Fellowships
are made. |

ODI representatives
carry out placement tours of the Fellowship Scheme countries
and identify the specific posts available. |

Governments confirm
their requests for Fellows. Applicants are assigned to specific
posts and, once Fellows have accepted their posting, Governments
are notified and invited to make a formal offer of employment.
