ODI staff are regularly invited to speak and participate in events held around the world on issues in development and humanitarianism. This page collates details of some of the recent events staff have participated in or contributed to.

This conference will bring together researchers with an interest in the use of evidence in policy making and decision makers from policy making institutions. Ajoy Datta will give a presentation on understanding the incentives of policymakers before developing capacity development programmes for them to better use research in their decision making.

The conference aimed at boosting understanding of the development of civil society in Jordan, to chart out future direction of both policy and research, to disseminate knowledge off, and about civil society to all concerned and to increase interaction between civil society organisations and research institutes.
