The mission of the Transatlantic Taskforce on Development is to provide strategic recommendations to strengthen transatlantic cooperation in development to create a platform for reform. It is a project of GMF, with support from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Sweden, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and the Connect U.S. Fund.
At this event taskforce members will present the key policy recommendations from the Transatlantic Taskforce on Development Policy Report that address four global challenges:
· Development, Democracy and Security
· Climate Change
· Food Security
· Innovative and Effective Development
An extended question and answer session will follow the presentations.
