Research Officer

Prior to joining ODI in 2007, Geoff worked for two years in the Ministry of Planning and Development in Mozambique, dealing with General Budget Support, PRSP drafting, Monitoring and Evaluation and reform of the planning and budgeting cycle. He also helped to draft a UNICEF report on childhood poverty in Mozambique. Prior to that (2002 - 2004) he was at the Ministry of Finance in Swaziland working on producing the budget and reforming PFM systems. He have an MSc in economics from the LSE.
