Annalisa Prizzon is a Research Officer within CAPE working particularly on development finance issues. She has been an economist at the OECD Development Centre, working on the ‘Perspectives on Global Development’ reports. She was previously a consultant with the World Bank. She holds a PhD in Economics and Public Finance with a focus on external debt sustainability in low-income countries.
