Jennifer Benson

Jennifer is the Programme Officer within the Humanitarian Policy Group (HPG) and Humanitarian Practice Network (HPN)

She is responsible for fiscal and project administration and office-based project management.

Jennifer works closely with the HPG Researcher Officers, Fellows, assistants and associates as well as external consultants and contractors throughout the project cycle from the proposal and tendering process through to completion stage on a wide variety of humanitarian projects.

Jennifer also provides general support within HPG and facilitates the flow of information internally between the Researchers and Central Support departments as well as externally with a variety of stakeholders and peers.

With a background in Communications, Jennifer holds a BA from the University of Gloucestershire.
Her research background is largely based on conservation development in rural south Tanzania.
