Fraser joined ODI In May 2012 having moved into the not for profit sector in 2006 and as COO recently leading a transformation of Energy Saving Trust to become a charitable group. He brings varied commercial experience in IT, Finance, Sales and Services including periods as a Director of Whitbread Beer/Restaurants companies and founding /directing an outsourced shared services business from India.
