An initial consultancy visit (R0098), followed by a draw-down contract (R0036) to provide support to the DFID-funded Delivering Quality Services Project in Indonesia. The project is designed to test an approach to service reform developed by the DFID Decentralised Livestock Services in Eastern Indonesia (DELIVERI) project in non-livestock sectors, and to introduce the approach elsewhere in Indonesia by working with other projects supporting the decentralisation process.
