The Association
for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central
Africa (ASARECA) is a regional organisation established in 1994
by the National Agricultural Research Institutes (NARIs). It
is based in Entebbe, Uganda. It was established with the mission
to strengthen and increase efficiency of agricultural research
in the Eastern and Central African region, and to facilitate
the achievement of economic growth, food security and export
competitiveness through productive and sustainable agriculture. |
