ODI are working with the British Council on this five year
EC funded project providing technical assistance to the Sindh
Education Reform Programme in Pakistan (SERP) focussing on
budget reform in the education sector at the provincial and
district levels. The Programme aims to: strengthen Sindh education
sector management and governance; improve access especially
among girls and rural children through effective use of public
facilities, improved design and implementation of demand side
programs and effective partnerships with the private and non-governmental
sector, and; improve the quality of teaching of learning.

of detailed country case studies, of which this is the Rwanda
