**23rd BIANNUAL MEETING**

The 23rd Biannual Meeting will be held on 4th-5th of June in Madrid. All meeting papers will be available in the last week of May.

Members who have not already done so are reminded to register here.

Improving performance through:
Evaluation - improving learning and accountability in humanitarian action through evaluation quality.
Learning - facilitating learning amongst humanitarian organisations and encouraging learning from previous experience.

We work to achieve this through our publications, meetings and network.
